Shipping Policy

We ship to South Africa, the United States, Canada, and select international markets.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Times

South Africa: 3-5 business days

United States & Canada: 7-14 business days

Other International: 10-21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, holidays, or due to customs processing for international orders.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size. We may offer free shipping promotions for orders over a certain amount—check our homepage for current offers.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Order page using your tracking number.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most addresses within our supported countries. However, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses at this time. If you have questions about shipping to your location, please contact us.

Shipping Issues

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
